Good case, better customer service
Had my case for about a month; took it off the phone three or four times in that space. Bottom corner near the headphone jack snapped off; called customer service and had a replacement delivered within a week. Great!

YELLOW!?
I've been using the Electric Green Barely There for my black iPhone 5 and so far I LOVE it. I wear jeans a lot, however, and I have noticed the green taking on a slightly blue-ish hue from the dye in my jeans. Any ideas on how to clean this would be greatly appreaciated. Also, I REALLY wanted a yellow Barely There for my iPhone, where's yellow, Case-Mate!!!!!???

Not Satisfied
Although I like the case, I am disappointing with the added weight with the new barely there case. I had the same case for my 4s, but the reason why I loved it was it's lack of bulk, and it didn't rise up over the phone--which both features are lost on this case. I will be making a return request. And PLEASE switch whatever software you use for your security code.

Sleek and smooth. Fits like a glove.
I love the way this case feels. It's silky smooth and fits the phone very well. It allows room for headphones and plug-ins of any size. It would get five stars, but I tend to drop my phone a lot and this phone succumbs to multiple drops and breaks off in the corners if you drop it too much. This phone would be ideal for someone much less clumsy than I am.

This is the case you want for an iPhone 5!
Thin, smooth, slides into purse or pocket, no catching because of nonskid rubbery surface. Looks so minimal that it's hard to tell my white iPhone is wearing a case at all. Much better looking and has a nicer feel than the heavy duty first case I got from from Verizon (when I didn't know any better) which was white matte outside with exposed black neoprene liner.

Much Better
Had issues with the first one I received, as many have noted. Emailed customer service and they sent a new one right out. This one is great and like CaseMate of old. Coating doesn't rub off and it's a bit slimmer than the previous I received from them. Great case.
