Awesome case
This is the most attractive totally protective and durable case that I have found for my new iPhone5.. Not only that- the service from case*mate is unsurpassed. You better not change your mind once you order because it is on the way the same day!

The Very Best
After much use (my wife and I both have Tough Xtreme Case-mate cases, which came about after doing much research and comparisons with other high-quality cases of other companies, we are certain, based on our experience and the experience of our friends family, that we chose the very best.

Disappointed
While the stylistically the case is great, the plastic screen cover is cheap and the case is in my opinion, poorly constructed. The screen easily scratches and reflects a noticeable multicolored light spectrum. The rubber material overlying the front of the case (around the receiver) is glued on. After a few months of use the glue lost its adhesive ability and went from allowing air bubbles in between the materials to a hanging flap of rubber. Not what I expected with under a year of use.

One major complaint
This is a great compact case that still offers good protection. The one major drawback is that the material gets dirty very easily. I work in an office, so not a particularly dirty environment, but my pink case looks pretty filthy. I have had other best selling silicon cases that don't get this dirty. The port covers are also more difficult to get closed than prior cases I have. Still, this case is nice and compact so I will continue to use it.

Great Case
I have had many cases from Case Mate, all great, but this one takes the cake. I have never gotten so many compliments on how sweet looking it is and that its a durable case that you trust will protect your phone. I recommend this phone to anyone looking for good protection with great style.

Great Case - One Let Down
My wife and I have had this case since we purchased our phones - about four months ago. The case is a great balance between protection and added bulk; I haven't seen any other case that offers such great protection in such a compact design. I have dropped it from about four feet up, while moving fairly quickly, and it hit directly on the concrete floor. I thought for sure it was a goner, but the case held up fine - the phone was completely undamaged. One major flaw that seems persistent in all heavy duty cases such as this is they are non-pocket-friendly. Because of the rubber/silicone outer layer, its difficult to get in and out of my pocket. Since I use my phone at my job and at school constantly, the case has began to where down on one of the back edges. We have really enjoyed the protection of this case; my wife drops hers almost daily, so the peace of mind that it brings is great. However, because I rarely drop my phone - and need this much serious protection - I will be changing cases soon. I actually ordered the Naked Tough case today; I'll post that review soon.
