Review: Normal wear and tear, but the cases scratch easily. I think there were multiple scratches within the first couple weeks. Understandable, but the durability of the case is quality for protection from drops is very good. The only real concern was when the thin part of the protection located where you plug the charger broke through just wear. It's the weakest part of the product and it will eventually lead to the demise of the rest of the case, the rubber is starting to scrape off slowly and eventually I'll have to find a new one.

Bottom slot where the charger plugs is not large enough for some chargers. This is probably the cause of the bottom plastic under the rubber breaking. There is already a photo a couple of posts before this one showing the location. |

Review: Have been using this case a year now and happy with it. Have dropped my phone once or twice without any damage to the phone. The model I have is the black and dark grey so with the exception of the glossy back being scratched from use it looks fine... and the back does not look all that bad even with the scratches. As I mentioned in the Cons section the only drawback is the width of the slot in the bottom being a little to small for some chargers. Plugging in a larger charger is probably how I cracked my case. Even though it has this flaw I am looking to purchase another just for a color change and will be getting one for my wife's phone too.

Review: After about a year, the rubber strip along the bottom front pulled away so there is about a 1/4 inch gap that gets incrementally bigger. Underneath the thin rubber strip is a thin piece of plastic which has broken. It will never be flush to the phone any more and, in fact, the gap is growing. At the moment this is more aesthetics but when it breaks in two, it will leave the front bottom edge unprotected. Other than that, it's great. The rubber around the edges makes it less likely to slip from my hand and it protects the face when the phone is laid face down. The fit is very good so it adds very little bulk.

Review: I am on my second case-mate now, and I really do love them. I had the white and grey one first, but it got so destroyed after a 8 months that I had to purchase a new one. Now I am on the pink and grey. Have had it for... 2 months. Broken already. If you can do one thing, case-mate, it would be to fix the bottom holder and make it lay flat!!
Other than that, fantastic product.

Review: My wife bought the white Pop case at Radio Shack and I was impressed with how well it fit and was made. RS did not have the gray which I wanted, so I ordered it online. The case arrived and the hard plastic back is warped convexly so it rest on the very center of the back hard plastic, NOT on the rubber sides as designed. The result is that it spins and slides on any hard surface. It also scratches at the high-spot in the rear center. The hard case part on rear of my wife's case is flat and unwarped, so the phone rests on the soft rubber edges regardless which side is up.
I like to set mine screen-up but it's unstable with the warped case. Yes I can return it, but I'll loose my $7.24 shipping -- I should get a FULL refund since the case is defective, but it doesn't look like I will.

Review: Pros and cons pretty much sum up this review. I gave 3 stars only because of the price and color. I ordered the purple/black, and the purple is not even close to what is shown in the picture. The purple color is more like a deep lilac, not the blue/violet as shown. Also, the back side of the case has a glossy finish to it, not matte-looking like in the photo. But overall, I think it will do its job of protecting my phone and I will keep the case until I find one I like better.

Review: I purchased this case when I picked up my iPhone 4S (Verizon). Couldn't be more pleased.
The case is prone to breakage at the bottom end where the charging cable connects. Mine broke after only 30 days. However, Verizon replaced the case without hassle.

Review: It does protect the phone. My phone has fallen several times from heights up to 3 feet and nothing happened. I did not like the look at all, its too clumsy and bulky looking. Would have been nice to be a bit more delicate. Also for the price I payed I would have expected it to last me longer than 2 months. But the rubber edges are already stretched out and don't tightly fit to the phone. Also the rubber just randomly starts peeling off in small strips all over my phone (apparently the rubber is not good quality). I looking for a new one again since its doesn't look good to have a case that has peeling rubber all over it.

Review: I purchased my case the day before I purchased my iPhone. I had the case in my purse and when I took it out to put it on the phone, I looked up at the guy and asked him to show me what else he had to offer. I was so disappointed that the case had gotten scratched up even before I actually used it. It was in perfect condition when I opened the package. These unsightly scratches happened in one day, inside of my purse. I wasted my money because I wasn't even willing to put it on the phone. The back of the casing is a hard shell rather than a rubbery substance that takes more action without showing a scratch. I really wanted to like it. The colors are gorgeous.

Review: I loved it at first, the rubber sides make it stick to things instead of slipping off, and it was well protected by the case. However after only 2 months it began falling apart. The plastic on the front began cracking, and then the rubber began tearing. My friend has the same one and the same thing is happening to hers. For the price I was disappointed.
