Clear Armor can be used on the front of the device only when the Barely There case is also used. Clear Armor cannot be used on the back as the case will not fit or install/uninstall properly, potentially damaging the Clear Armor or the Barely There if used together.

While the iPhone 4 Barely There Case provides some protection, any time an iPhone 4 is dropped there is risk of damage or cracking. Case-mate is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this product.

Great question! You will need to remove your Barely There case when connecting your device to a docking station. We currently do not have a case a docking station will support.

Is the front glass protected so that if laid on a flat surface, only the case would touch, not the glass of the iPhone?

The Barely There case covers the aluminum antenna trim of the device. If you lay the iPhone 4 down on a flat surface, the glass will touch the surface.

Does the case allow for the phone to stand on its sides with the case installed?

Your iPhone 4 should be able to stand alone on its side with this case on this device.

I bought an Apple bumper style cover but the cutout for the headphone jack was too small to accomodate my right-angle Shure headphone jack. None of your photos show the top of the case-- is the cutout large enough to accomodate larger headphone plugs? Thanks.

Nasty and Cheaply made!

Very cheap, paint chips off after a few days exposing white underneath. Nasty and cheaply made!

Should come with a one year warranty

Bad design always cracks on edge that surrounds the camera lens. It's a thin weak area that case-mate won't stand behind. Warranty covered one that broke within 60 days, second one broke at 96 days and was not replaced. Beware of the 90 day warranty. Never dropped or mishandled my phone/case, the design is just flawed.

decent, not as good as the barely there for the galaxy s

I had a samsung galaxy s prior to the iphone 4s and loved the barely there case. LOVED IT. So of course it was the only case I made sure to have right away when I got the iphone 4s. The low profile slim case and rubberized feel is nice, but the fit wasnt as perfect as I wished, and after 2 months it shows sins of wear and stress cracks. I haven't dropped my phone but the normal daily use cause this case to fall apart. I dint think the 25$ price is really a good fit for the quality. Kinda disappointed, since it was the slimmest case around

Adding protection while maintaining slim, stylish profile

This case is so simple and affordable but gets everything right! The back and sides of the phone are where you need protection the most and it does the job well. I have dropped my phone numerous times and falls I was certain would have ended in a cracked screen left the iPhone unmarred thanks to the minimal shock protection. This is the case to buy if you hate the bulk, inconvenience and eye sore of cases. Dust and grime are mostly kept out, having to take the case off maybe once a month to clean it which is a snap (literally) . The best feature of course is that it barely adds any weight or bulk to the phone. The white version on the white iPhone 4s looks and feels great!

A Good Backup

I ordered my first iphone and I had bought two different cases in hopes that one of them would arrive before the phone. The first was the barely there case in teal, which arrived faster than the phone. I was glad that it did, because I wouldn't like my phone to go out naked. I love the tight fit of the case, no bulk or weight to the phone. I cannot vouch for how durable it can be, but I have dropped the phone on a tiled floor about 4 feet off the ground, flat on the screen. Zero damage. I think $25 for a solid case was steep but that didn't stop me. Although, what does bug me the most is that the edges of the case can easily get dirty. I tried mild soap and water, I tried erasing, I tried a cleansing wipe and I can't seem to get it as clean as it was when it first arrived. The other case was a Mophie, retailing four times the price of the barely there, has become my primary case. The barely there still gets used, when I feel I need a break from the heavy brick. If you are not heavily dependent and cautious with your phone, the barely there case is a great for you. I would opt for a dark color.

Soooo caauuuuttttteee

I love how it protects and makes it look good without adding extra bulk or weight to the phone. It also doesnt cover the beautiful white on it. It snapped on perfectly and doesnt fall off while usuing it.
