Disappointed

While I love this cases look, I am very disappointed that the small piece that on the left side of the case, above the sound buttons has snapped off after just a few months of owning it.

Not What I Was Expecting

I just received this case in the mail. The back of the case was very nice, however the pattern on the side of the case was dull and worn off. It may just be a single bad case. I'm returning the product and getting another pattern.
