one tough case to crack!!!!!!!!!!!
all i have to say about this case is WOW!!! i dropped my phone from the 3rd floor landing of my apt complex, it hit a stair a few feet down and slid through the back, i cringed knowing that my phone would be in pieces on the concrete below. to my amazement when i got to the sidewalk there were no pieces, the case saved my phone from certain death. there was not even a scratch and the case did not even open. my phone worked fine. i still use the case today. thanks for a super product!!!

Terminator Case
I call my case the terminator case because it's hard outer shell is like the exterior of the terminator. Since I have a propensity for dropping things, spilling things, etc. I decided the more protection the better, and went with this case. It's not pretty. But it does the trick. Since I've had this case I have dropped my phone several times (no problems) AND I've spilled an entire cup of coffee directly on top of the phone (no problems). Granted the rescue of my phone from the coffee spill was swift, but the entire phone was literally drenched in fluid. There was absolutely no damage to the phone, thanks to the protectant cover on the front of the phone.
Here's the thing. It's not pretty. More than once I've desired a new phone cover, but each time, almost as soon as the fancy strikes, I manage to drop my phone from 3 feet on to concrete, spill coffee on it, etc. etc.
The real drawback to the phone cover is that it scratches the back of the phone. I was HORRIFIED! Literally horrified when I removed the cover for the first time and it scratched the phone. I thought it was something I'd done, but now that I'm seeing this is a common occurrence, I would actually advise against buying this product.
I will probably keep my case, but am definitely going to look into getting something better. It's just a bummer, because now my sleek $600 phone has scratches all over the back.

It's ok for occasional use
I bought the Naked Case because I liked the idea of the built-in screen protector. The case works well for protecting the phone but this protection comes at a cost. First, the case is quite large compared to the iPhone. It is considerably wider and longer than most cases I've owned. Second, the screen protector is very uncomfortable against your ear for long periods and it collects dirt and grime very quickly around the holes (earpiece and home button). Third, the case scratches the back of the phone.
All of that said, it's great case for when you need some extra protection for your phone. I don't use it everyday (and wouldn't recommend that anyone does), but I use it when I'm going to be playing golf or other outdoor activities where I want a little extra protection for the phone.
Overall, it's useful for a specific purpose but not a great all-around case for daily use.

do not like it
I picked this case becasue the screen protector was attatched to the case, but dirt and grim get in through the openings in the case and the screen protector and I have to take the case off and clean the screen and phone at least every other day. My phone does spend a lot of time in my pocket and outside, but I think even a phone that lived on a desk or in a purse would have the same issues. I am not happy with this case at all and am actually shopping for a new one right now.
