Warranty Policy
Case-mate offers a 90 day limited warranty on all products sold.
All Case-mate products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have result from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. Case-mate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.
Product replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to Case-mate to receive an additional replacement.
If you purchased the item(s) from a retailer please forward a copy of your receipt dated within 90 days from the date of purchase and a replacement will be mailed to you. You may fax the receipt to 678-679-0871 or email to support@case-mate.com In addition, Please provide your name, address, phone number, and email address to process and ship your replacement order. Please included the name of the phone, and the product you wish to have replaced.
