Clear Armor Warranty Policy

The Clear Armor purchase includes a lifetime replacement guarantee. We want you to feel safe and secure when investing in your digital lifestyle and we are confident Clear Armor is the strongest and most durable protection you will find. Purchasing Clear Armor will protect your investment for the life of your device. Proof of purchase and return of original product are required.

The Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is simply what it says: If your Clear Armor ever becomes scratched, torn, or damaged in any way while protecting your device, we will replace the Clear Armor, for as long as you own your device.

One advantage Clear Armor offers over the competition is that you initially receive 2 sets of Clear Armor per pack (excluding MacBooks*). You already have your first replacement built in, so you are always protected. Should you need another replacement, simply follow the instructions below. That is it, no questions asked.

Replacement FAQs

Q: When Can I Get a Replacement?
A: The Clear Armor is made of a very durable material that is difficult to scratch or scuff. The Lifetime Replacement Policy is for Clear Armor products that have become damaged while protecting your device, and will no longer function properly.

What does this mean? The Lifetime Replacement Policy means we will replace Clear Armor, which have served their purpose and protected your electronic device. If your armor was damaged while protecting your device, then it qualifies for replacement.

Q: What does the Replacement Policy NOT cover?
A: Installation errors are not covered by the replacement policy. This includes bubbles under the Clear Armor film, as well as incorrect alignment of the shield on your device. Please read the application instructions carefully before installing your Clear Armor.

Q: How Does it Work?
A: Please follow the steps below:

1) Contact us:
For the quickest possible service, please call us at 770-888-9965. (If you cannot contact us via phone, you can reach us at support@case-mate.com) Please have your order number and/or proof of purchase available.

2) Shipping your replacement
Per the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, your replacement Clear Armor is free! The minimum reshipping and handling charge is $3.95 ($6.95 for laptop shields) for 7-10 business day delivery and includes a free bottle of application solution. If you would like to purchase a faster shipping method, please ask one of our associates for more details.
Note: Only 1 replacement Clear Armor set will be shipped.

If the damaged film is not returned within 30 days of the shipment of the replacement film, the lifetime warranty will be void.

3) Return the original

After receiving your replacement, please send your original Clear Armor back to us. Please be aware that we will not accept any mail that is sent Postage Due.

A: Returning your original Clear Armor is the only way to keep your lifetime warranty intact for future replacement requests.
