Would you recommend the Samsung Galaxy S II (International Version) Tough Cases to a friend? NO
Pros:
Best protective case available for Galaxy SII. Period.
Cons:
Does not work with Samsung extended battery.
Purchased From: Amazon.de
Review: The other reviewers have already covered the quality of this case. But now that Samsung's Ice Cream Sandwich update reduces battery life so massively, the 2000mAh extended battery from Samsung is a necessity. That makes the phone a bit thicker, and this perfect case no longer really fits. It's possible to get it in, but then the buttons no longer work easily.

Pros:
Amazing precision in the platics cuts for a dual layer protection : you can't realy notice ist's a double skin.
Cons:
Maybe the top soft rounds should be more "angulus" in order to help the screen cleaning.

Review: In one year I have water+soap+alcohol cleaned both protections at least 70 times, and it looks like a new one...one year later.
High quality product here!

Review: Had this for about 2 months now, dropped it accidentally while opening mailbox. A good 3 feet odd. Landed flat on screen side after rebounding off a ledge.
Removed everything when i reached home, not a scratch on either the phone and the casing. Brilliant product.

Pros:
Fits like a glove. solid. good protection.
Cons:
S.O.B. to install, exposed rubber liner on top and bottom.
Purchased From: amazon.com
Review: Great case but for a couple little annoyances.
Good feel, adds a little bulk but that's good as this phone is slick and hard to hold anyway. Had a good case from Att on my international I9100, perfect fit, but very hard buttons. This one is great for the buttons but I had a hellova time getting the liner and hard case on correctly. Perfect now. Also the exposed liner on top and bottom easily push around while putting it in and out of my belt holster. Minor annoyances. Other than that, pretty impressed.

Pros:
Will survive a nuclear fallout
Cons:
Not the best looking
Purchased From: Sim Lim Square
Review: Built like a tank. It'll protect your phone from just about anything. It isn't overly bulky and the grip on this will make sure it never slips out of your hand. But it also kinda looks like a tank, and not everyone will appreciate that.

Pros:
Well made, dual layer protection
Cons:
3.5 mm jack doesn't fit properly for my Shure SCL4 Earphones
Purchased From: Directly from Casemate
Review: Based on the reviews I read here and other sites this seemed to be the best product for me. It's very well made and I feel it will do a great job of protecting my AT&T Galaxy S II. My Shure SCL4 earphones do not securely fit into the 3.5 mm jack due to the case. This also may be due to the shape and thickness of the Shure earphones' connector. Overall, it's a very good product.

Pros:
Excellent grip, 2 layers of protection, design, build quality
Cons:
Jack holes are slightly off, no screen protector included
Purchased From: Online
Review: I have just received this case and wanted to share my first look. Build and design are slick. They did great job on both, and it makes your phone just slightly bigger. Grip is excellent, and even with moist hands there is no way it can slip out of your hands. Silicone and hard plastic makes it perfect for drops as it should compensate most of impact. However, this kind of phones are not prone to dropping, but its better than nothing anyway. I didnt want to test it on drops just for sake of fun, but by looking on it, i believe it would save your phone dropping from regular "pocket" height. Also, making plastic goes on edges of the phone is good thinking as most of the time, it actually drops on edge (rarely flat on screen).
As of cons, well 35$ doesnt sound too much but think its bit high. 20-25 would be more suitable considering you dont get screen protector. Another con, but cant confirm it for sure, is echoing when using this case. Sometimes I hear myself when I finish talking, but that might be because my lousy carrier. The only thing that really "bugs" me is the fact that it will not "hold" its grounds when put on table. For example, if you put it on glass side (which i never do) it will stay there and survive earthquake, but if you put it on back, as people usually do, then it cant slide of desk when nudged. It could be solved by adding 2 stripes on back of the case where "Case mate" is inset, and would be solid on its place without losing slick design.
Holes are bit off centered, and even they might be just slightly missed, sometimes it can obstruct small jacks if used.
Overall, strong 8 out of 10 in my book, and would recommend it to a friend.

Review: My son has this case for his HTC Inspire and it is outstanding. I plan to purchase a Samsung GSII from AT&T but am not sure if the global version will fit that phone? Anyone else know?

Pros:
Protects phone from drops, more comfortable to hold the phone.
Cons:
Adds a little bulk, silicon attracts dust.
Purchased From: On the website.
Review: I had sadly already brought havoc upon my phone when I bought this case. My phone's charger cable had been trapped somewhere and pulled my phone into to the floor, landing flat on the screen and cracked the living sh*t out of it.
How to prevent this you say? Buy this case! The silicon edges of the case protects the screen by keeping it out of contact when lying flat. The ABS-plastic is a mighty strong one, you can drop it on anything, from a number of different heights, and it the phone will still be in one piece. Though dropping the phone from the top of a building is not recommended. Why? Because I have no idea how the case protects it then.
Ever since I bought the case, it must've kept me from claiming the insurance for the phone three-five times. Dropped it twice on asphalt from pretty high and no damages. So, if you're as clumsy as me, you SHOULD buy this case. It WILL help you keep costs down.

Smooth, fits like a glove, protects like a vault, comfortable and nice in your hand
Cons:
Absolutly NONE

Review: Got a recommendation from a friend, went to see it in a shop.
Checked the local prices against the Internet, the shop was twice the price then the Internet.
Ordered 2, one for my friend and one for me.
With International delivery overseas and all the extra charges involved, still much cheaper than in a local shop.
After 2 weeks, we had the Tough Case.
Absolutly fantastic products, what a difference between Case Mate and those Chinese fakes.
Recommend it highly

Pros:
Great protection, feels great in the hand, looks great, doesn't add a lot of weight, case fits great
Cons:
Does add a little bulk
Purchased From: Case-Mate online shop
Review: The textured finish on the back does make it a little tricky to hold in the hand sometimes, but other than that it just feels awesome in the hand. Just what I needed. I was thinking the SGS2 by itself was way too slim and I couldn't stand that.
Once again, great case, well worth the money.

Review: I really like this case. It gives me piece of mind for my very expensive phone. Great all around and not that much bulk added. The only issue is that it is hard to pull out of my pocket because the rubber sticks.
