Nice case
Fits well on my 2010 i7 15" MBP. Nice looking though still trying to figure out what carbon fiber leather is exactly ;-) Good fit and well done with precision. As others said, the cutout for the Apple is a bit goofy. An apple-shaped black translucent area would have been much better... see the light when it's on but covered when its not. I'm not sure why but they saw fit to leave an opening for the remote sensor on the front but covered the sleep light which is goofy. Overall solid and will probably use by itself for initial travel before deciding on the need for a full sleeve for additional protection.

Power and Beauty
Beautiful, classy and very protective. This case is extremely well built and fits like a glove. However, sometimes fitting so closely can have a negative outcome. The CD/DVD slot needs to provide a little more "wiggle room". Usually, when I eject a CD, it gets caught on the CD slot cut in the side of the case-mate.If this Slot were a few millimeters wider, there would be no problem.
