I just noticed that I have a crack on at the top left corner of my case after reading all of the other reviews. Anyway, I do love this case. lost my phone on a roller coaster at Six Flags. Thinking my phone was long gone I planned on buying another one. Well the park found my phone. Phone was slightly damaged at the buttom cover that holds teh SIM and SD card but it was in perfect working condition. Not even a a broken or scratched screen.

Solid protection
Overall I really like this case. It still fits the phone perfectly after 9 months of use with no signs of wear. The knurled texture makes the phone very secure to hold, so you are less likely to drop it in the first place. I also like that the rubber bezel keeps the screen away from any flat surface. I have gotten into the habit of putting the phone down on its face to protect the screen from anything that might fall on it.
The price you pay for protection is bulk. The Inspire isn't a small phone to begin with, and the case makes it that much more difficult to get it out of a pocket. Also, I really wish that the rubber volume control nubs were a millimeter or two taller than they are. On mine, the volume control is recessed into the plastic case which means that you have to access it with a fingernail. It's a minor annoyance, but something that Case Mate really ought to avoid on future products.

This case is perfect. I've had it for 4 months now and it works great. I've even dropped in a couple times and no scratches or cracks and my phone stayed perfectly intact.

Love it but...
I love this case because it has saved my phone several times cause I drop my phone on accident a lot. I also love that you can get the Pink/Black version, it seems like if you dont have an iphone you cant get a case thats colored and also protects in any other case brands. I think I've had this case for a little under a year now and the only problem I've had is that a few months ago I noticed that the top 2 corners started to crack on the outside shell. Instead of buying a whole new case I just super glued the cracks on both sides of the case and it seems to have fixed the cracks for now! I would recommend buying this case for your Inspire 4G! It fits great and is easy to take off and put back on! Thanx Case-Mate!!!

I have had two of these cases. The first one I absolutely loved! However I noticed the top left corner of the hard shell had cracked. I figured It was because i had dropped my phone. I purchased another one. About a week later the same thing happened only this time I hadn't dropped my phone or the case at all! I am VERY sad this happened because I loved the case but I will NOT buy another one.

Best case for any phone!
I had this case for the iPhone and now for my HTC Inspire and I believe this is the most durable, bulletproof case. Never bulky and with just the right amount of grip.
