Rubber is it's weakness
Excluding the rubber trim this is a great case for protection if you are a active outdoor person. The size and weight of the case is super for those that like to have a case of substance in their hands. The issue with the rubber trim is that it looses shape too easily within months. Top that off that in 6 months the rubber trim starts to breakdown and looks like crap. If you like taking your case off when in the house or developer type who removes the battery to reboot the phone, this isn't the case for you.

Fair but....
I really like this case but the rubber is a big problem, you have to be very careful to not pull it off.

Casemate - Google Nexus S
This was a good case. Then cracked on the back when I took the phone out of the case. The rubber on the side also stretches and the casing becomes useless after a while.

Disappointing considering the high price
The case was very good at protecting the phone the two times that I dropped it. But after a few months, the rubber started to pill and deform away from the phone. When a classmate asked to see the case, it snapped in half while I was removing it. It's not what I would expect from a case that cost me over $30.

not worth the money
At first I really liked the case but then the rubber sides stretched out. After that the rubber started separating from the plastic. Now I can't even put my phone in the case cause the rubber rolls up under the phone when I try to put the phone in the case. My cheap all plastic $5 case has lasted longer and protects it just as well.

The rubber loses shape
This case was good the first day. After that it was such a waste of money. Was impossible to get my phone out after a while. The rubber around the phone lost its shape and let dust and stuff from pockets on the sides of my phone and scratched it up. Luckily putting the case back on didn't scratch my phone more. Other then that durable and keeps it safe
