Great Customer service
but its a shame you have to use it in the first place--this is a great product that works really well but i can see from other comments that it has a fatal flaw--the belt clip breaks off eaisily--I had it happen to me in my car when i sat down. If it catches on anything thats it--but I sent it back and they replaced it no questions asked so they are great to deal with but.....its unfortunate to have to for this reason

I purchased the Case-Mate Fuel Pack for my Blackberry Bold 9000 at a shopping mall in Dubai, UAE. After a month of use the belt clip broke. The store where I purchased the product said they could not help. So I turned to the web and contacted Case-Mate directly. They were wonderful to deal with. I sent them the broken unit along with my receipt and presto the sent me a new unit. I just received it today and am very happy with the product and service. I will be buying the Fuel Pack for my new Bold 9700. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH CASE-MATE!!!!

Great when not broken
The concept is great as I am a consistant traveler and work away from an office. The only issue I had with it is the clip easily broke when I sat in the airplane seat. I tried to fix it but with no avail. I recommend taking it off before you get in and out of seats, but how realistic is that...

Q) What kind of battery does the fuel use and why is it better?
A) The fuel uses a rechargeable lithium polymer battery. Lithium Polymer has a higher energy density than other batteries, and can provide more power in less space. They also have a much lower self-discharge rate than other batteries have. This means that a fully-charged lithium polymer battery will keep its full charge for weeks on end, without having to be re-charged. Comparatively, other batteries lose up to 25% of their charge after being stored for just one week without usage.
Q) Why is the fuel better than other battery packs?
A) The fuel is better than other BlackBerry Bold 9000 battery packs on the market because of its battery type and size. It has a 2300 mA battery, which is more than any other battery pack for the BlackBerry Bold 9000. Also, the lithium polymer battery is a superior battery because of it's capacity and discharge rate.
