Sleek Case for BlackBerry Bold 9900 / 9930
Featuring aircraft grade aluminum with a brushed finish, the brushed aluminum inlay adds an elegant sportiness. A gunmetal hard shell surrounds the perimeter of the case, showing off more of your BlackBerry. Together, the materials create an unmatched level of design. The result is a case with sleek lines that redefines the concept of sophisticated minimalism.
Don't pass one up!!!
And professional, clean looking case that adds almost no bulk but provides just that right amount of protection and recently it provided just that!!! Can't write enough about it and my opinion is BUY ONE or TWO
Looks good but don't drop it!
The Case-Mate BlackBerry 9900 / 9930 Barely There Brushed Aluminum Case looks great on the Bold. I really loved that it didn't get stuck in my pocket like a rubber case. It's very sleek and doesn't add any noticeable size to the phone. The major downside to this case is that if you drop it, it will break. I've gone through 2 of them in just two months. I drop my phone, from about waist height, every once in a while. I think this is pretty normal? Both times I've dropped the phone in the past two months, the case broke. At the suggestion of the customer service rep I am now switching to the POP! case to give that one a try. The rep basically told me that this Barely There Aluminum Case is not impact resistant and is really just to protect your phone from scratches, not drops or any type of impact. I will say that the good thing about Case-Mate so far has been that their customer service is good and they send out replacement cases very quickly.
This case looks really good on the phone and doesn't add a lot of weight. The only thing I would add in the future is for it to cover the entire phone but other than that it is a great case.
BOLD 9930 BEST CASE!
overall this case is very well defined, its sleek and low profile which means it won't make you look like you have a bulging sock stuffed in your pant pocket. The case doesn't cover the entire device ( leaves side buttons exposed ) which is fine but would be nice for future cases to cover those buttons and access doors ( battery/mic)
